Future Farmers Network appoints Adele Laughton as CEO

The Future Farmers Network (FFN) are excited to share that Adele Laughton has recently been appointed CEO. For more than twenty years FFN has been providing opportunities to build the capability of young people, aged 18-35, in agriculture and Adele’s appointment as CEO marks a new phase of growth as we look to build on our position as Australia’s leading national organisation supporting youth in agriculture.

FFN Chair, Richard Kohne said: "Adele brings a diverse skillset to FFN that will assist with maintaining our current activities as well as providing new avenues for growth for our network, we're really excited to welcome Adele to the role".

Adele has extensive experience in business development and a demonstrated history working in the agribusiness and FMCG sectors, most recently leading an agribusiness market accelerator program and holding the position of National Relationship Manager for the Food Agribusiness Network on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

Together, the FFN Board and Adele, will provide opportunities and services to retain young people within the agriculture industry, with an aim to engage, empower, support, and showcase the future of Australian agriculture.
