DESCRIPTION:ATTENTION MEMBERS OF FUTURE FARMERS NETWORK LIMITED \nNOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING \nNotice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the members of Future Farmers Network (the Company) will be held via ZOOM at 530pm (AEST; 630pm AEDT) on Tuesday\, 19 November 2024\, to transact the following business: \n\nTo confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting\, Wednesday\, 22 November 2023.\nTo receive the Financial and Statutory Reports\, and the report of the Auditor\, for the year ended 30 June 2024.\nTo receive and consider the Directors Report for the year ended 30 June 2024.\nIn accordance with clause 39(a) of the Constitution\, that the Company acknowledge the retirement of certain Directors.\nIn accordance with clause 38(b) of the Constitution\, that the Chair declare certain individuals be elected as Directors of the Company for a term of two years.\nGeneral Business.\n\nEntitlement to vote: \nPersons whose names are set out in the register of members of the Company as at the time of the meeting are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting convened by this notice. \nMembers entitled to attend and vote at this meeting of the Company are entitled to appoint a proxy on their behalf in accordance with section 250A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and clause 33(a) of the Constitution of the Company\, by using the Proxy Form (email executiveofficer@futurefarmers.com.au to obtain a copy).  \nAttendance: \nVia Zoom: To register your attendance via Zoom\, and to obtain the Zoom Link and password\, email executiveofficer@futurefarmers.com.au by Monday\, 18 November 2024. \nDated:  19 October 2024 \nBy Order of the Board \nMajella Nolan \nCOMPANY Secretary \nPlease direct all enquiries regarding the AGM to executiveofficer@futurefarmers.com.au
