DESCRIPTION:  \n \nATTENTION MEMBERS OF FUTURE FARMERS NETWORK LIMITED \nNOTICE OF 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING \nNotice is hereby given that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the members of Future Farmers Network (the Company) will be held at the Roma Bungil Cultural Centre\, Roma\, Queensland 4455 and via ZOOM at 5.00 pm (AEST) on Thursday\, 18 November 2021\, to transact the following business: \n1. To confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting\, Thursday\, 12 November 2020. \n2. To receive the Financial and Statutory Reports\, and the report of the Auditor\, for the year ended 30 June 2021. \n3. To receive and consider the Directors Report for the year ended 30 June 2021. \n4. In accordance with clause 17.4 of the Constitution\, that the Company acknowledge the retirement of the following directors: \n\n\n\n\n\nOliver Le Lievre\nSusannah White\nTimothy Flynn\nThomas Rookyard\nDaniel Coulthurst\n\n\n\n\n\n5. In accordance with clause 17.2(4) of the Constitution\, that the Chair declare that: \n\n\n\n\n\nCaitlin McConnel\, who retires in accordance with clause 17.4 of the Constitution and being eligible in accordance with her biography at Appendix 3\, be duly re-elected as a Director of the Company for a term of two years.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWilliam Burke\, being eligible in accordance with his biography at Appendix 3\, be duly elected as a Director of the Company for a term of two years.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLauren Roellgen\, being eligible in accordance with her biography at Appendix 3\, be duly elected as a Director of the Company for a term of two years.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLiberty Walker\, being eligible in accordance with her biography at Appendix 3\, be duly elected as a Director of the Company for a term of two years.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAngus Stevenson being eligible in accordance with his biography at Appendix 3\, be duly elected as a Director of the Company for a term of two years.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTom Copley being eligible in accordance with his biography at Appendix 3\, be duly elected as a Director of the Company for a term of two years.\n\n\n\n\n\n6. To consider and\, if thought fit\, to pass the following resolution as a special resolution: \n“That\, for the purposes of section 136 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)\, and for all other purposes\, the New Constitution (in substantially the same form as attached to this Notice of Meeting at Appendix 1)\, be adopted as the Constitution of the Company in place of the present Constitution of the Company\, which is repealed with effect from the conclusion of this meeting” \n7.
