Future Farmers Network (FFN) is now welcoming applications for Non-Executive Director positions on the FFN Board.
Founded in 2002, FFN is dedicated to connecting, supporting, and empowering young people in all facets of Australian agriculture. Individuals applying for a Board position should share this passion and be prepared to contribute actively to the strategic direction and initiatives of the organisation.
Role: Volunteer Non-Executive Director
Location: Australia wide
Industry: Agriculture / All
Board Commitments:
- Monthly online meetings (after hours)
- One annual strategy meeting (face-to-face or virtual)
- Ad hoc committee/project work as required
- Time commitment: up to 10 hours per week, depending on involvement
Eligibility:
Applicants must be 18–40 years of age and FFN members (membership can be taken out prior to applying).
Expertise sought (only one required):
- On-farm experience (all commodities)
- Agribusiness experience
- Law / Corporate Governance
- Finance / Accounting
- Board/committee experience (beneficial but not essential)

- Applications reviewed and shortlist prepared; interviews commence – 20th October

- Formal announcement of new FFN Directors at the FFN AGM – Thursday 20th November 6pm
